Calling all members of Rhyl and St Asaph Angling Association.
We had an excellent stroll around our beats surrounding St Asaph town last Sunday 06th May. The weather was lovely, the river as enchanting as ever and thank you to those who came.
Myself , Dave, Chris and Ian thoroughly enjoyed your company.
The next beat walk will be on Sunday 13th of May and will cover the following beats:
Ysgybor y Coed, Wern Ddu, Llanerch, Maes Elwy Woods, Glan Llyn.
We will not be able to walk the beats in their entirety but will cover access, parking and some of the beats hot spots to give a flavour of the excellent water we have access to.
We will meet at the Maes Elwy Beat car park which is just inside the entrance to Maes Elwy Caravan Park, Upper Denbigh Rd, Saint Asaph LL17 0BG @ 10.00 hours 13/05/18.
From Trefnant/Denbigh, Maes Elwy is first entrance on left after passing Tweedmill. From St Asaph, it's on the right two thirds of a mile after Oriel House.
